This form enables you to opt out of the Broker Reciprocity (BR) program. By doing so you will not be considered a Broker Reciprocity Subscriber (BRS) and your listings will not get the added exposure of being included in the BR database.
If you are not a BRS you also will not be permitted to display listings from the BR database on your website if you choose to get one. (You do not need a website to be a BRS)
This form must be filled out completely and signed by the MLS Participant for your office. Once it has been filled out and signed fax it to MLS Customer Service at 631-661-4589.
